หนังสือภาพ วิดีโอ คาสเซ็ตต์ และซีดี สามารถเปลี่ยนในชื่อเดียวกันเท่านั้น
วารสาร และหนังสือพิมพ์ ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนคืนได้
ทางร้านขออภัยที่ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนคืนเป็นเงินสดได้ แต่สามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นสินค้ารายการอื่นที่มีมูลค่าเท่ากันหรือมากกว่า
The exchange is allowed only for defective goods from the faulty production process and only if they are in Saleable condition. The goods shall be accepted for exchange within 7 days along with duly receipt.
Picture books, Video cassettes, Audio cassettes, or CDs shall be exchanged for those of the same title only.
Periodical / magazine or newspaper is neither returnable nor accepted for exchange.
- We regret that no cash refund will be made but returned goods shall be exchanged for other goods equal or higher value.
