เปลี่ยนได้เฉพาะสินค้าที่เกิดจากความบกพร่องในการผลิตเท่านั้น และสินค้าจะต้องอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์
พร้อมแสดงใบเสร็จรับเงิน สามารถเปลี่ยนสินค้าได้ภายใน 7 วัน นับตั้งแต่วันซื้อสินค้า |

หนังสือภาพ วีดีโอ คาสเซ็ตต์ และซีดี สามารถเปลี่ยนในชื่อเดียวกันเท่านั้น |

|
|
วาสาร และหนังสือพิมพ์ ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนคืนได้ |

|
|
ทางร้านขออภัยที่ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนคืนเป็นเงินสดได้ แต่สามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นสินค้ารายการอื่นที่มีมูลค่าเท่ากันหรือมากกว่า |

The exchange is allowed only for defective goods from the faulty production process
and only if they are in Saleable condition. The goods shall be accepted for exchange
within 7 days along with duly receipt. |

Picture books, Video cassettes, Audio cassettes, or CDs shall be exchanged for those
of the same title only. |
|
|
|
Periodical /magazine or newspaper is neither returnable nor accepted for exchange. |
|
|
|
We regret that no cash refund will be made but returned goods shall be exchanged
for other goods equal or higher value. |
